Worried that it will break in transit? Don't worry - we'll replace it if it does. We package all our glassware carefully and very rarely does anything turn up broken, but if it does, simply call or e-mail us and we'll send you out replacements. All we ask is that you carefully check your package and report breakages to us within 48 hours and that you keep the broken items and the original packaging for 2 weeks incase we or our insurers wish to recover them.
